We specialize working with couples who are considering expanding their family with a baby/children or whose relationship has been impacted by parenting. With expert training in EFT and Gottman Method, we work with couples who want to improve intimacy, reconnect emotionally, and strengthen their relationship after the throes of parenthood.
For people who struggle with feelings of anxiousness, overwhelm, and worry without knowing how to deal with it. Perhaps you know where it comes from or not but are curious to explore. This kind of therapy can help you identify the root, triggers for anxiety, and coping strategies.
For people who want to explore the way they show up to relationships ranging from friends, family, significant others, siblings, coworkers, etc. This type of therapy explores your relationships to identify our struggle (conflict, confrontation, anxiety, anger, connection, etc.) and learn how to cope, relate, and engage.
For people who struggle with low self-esteem, negative self-talk, low confidence, and self-image issues. This may impact the way you are in relationship with others—and perhaps most importantly—yourself. This type of therapy can help boost your confidence and learn how to combat feelings of shame.

Our Approach
Relationships are central to our sense of belonging, connection, and well-being. But many of us aren’t taught how to be open and aware of our emotions—let alone share them in relationship. I’m a relationship expert who can help you explore those relationships and feel a renewed sense of connection and secure attachment. We will work to increase your communication, vulnerability, and intimacy in your relationships and within yourself.
We center an embodied, trauma-informed approach to therapy and collaborate with our clients to reach their treatment goals. We center social justice and recognize ways systemic issues impact our mental health. While we work with all kinds of folks, we specialize working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populations.

Contact us to set up a free 20 min. consult to see if we’d be a good fit for each other. If we move forward, we’ll begin our first appointment with an intake assessment to identify issues and work together to set treatment goals.
Start the Work
With an established treatment plan, we’ll begin to work on our goals related to your issues. We may meet on a weekly or biweekly basis to learn skills, practice mindfulness/somatic exercises, explore feelings and thoughts, etc.
See the Change
After some time you may notice an insight to your issues, understand where they come from, and an ability to manage/cope with your issues. For couples, you may begin to feel more connected, intimate, and vulnerable with each other.
